Propersity in my town vanished for no reason? This a bug?

This is really weird as i thought i noticed it happening before a few days ago as well, but i was distracted doing other stuff so i thought i must of imagined it, but i witnessed it first hand just now.

I own Myzea, and after the northern empire and the khurgits constantly switching hands between them for it the prosperity is crap, so for the last 40 or so days ive been doing all i can to boost it/doing missions and the like etc for the notables in the villages and towns. Well, just before i did a poacher quest the prosperity stood at 1999. Well i go to the poachers quest, and then i go complete a need grain quest for the same village as well and head back to my town. Its now got prosperity of 1900.

So in the space of max a few day my prosperity dropped by 100? Erm why? Is this intended as everything in my town is green positive food etc.

Can provide screenshots as proof if you like.

Edit: yes immediately after i did the poaches quest it dropped i just reloaded.

This would be due to the consequences for completing the quest. Some quests reduce prosperity by a small amount each day while they remain unsolved, then add a chunk of prosperity to the town once the quest has been successfully completed. Army of Poachers is the opposite; it adds +2 prosperity per day while it remains unsolved, and removes 100 prosperity from the town once it's been successfully completed. Completing it also gives other rewards too, so it's not pure downside. And if you fail the quest, it will actually add 100 prosperity instead.
