Promoting your heros after changed them To Vassels ..

is there a way yet to promote your Heros after they became Vasseles ? all of them have + beside thier names but i cant promote them anymore :/

The only thing u can do is to give them fiefs..

You can activate edit mode and talk to any companion/troop and ask them about their skills or enter your character screen and look for the arrows on the top left corner of the screen, which will let you cycle through all the existing troops in the game including heroes and lords. This lets you assign any free skill or attribute point they may have and even edit their faces. I said talking to any companion or troop because it is faster to get to companions and lords going right from there than from your character.

While you can do as Azhael states, recall that no NPC lord levels throughout the game, despite the fact that many of them earn enough XP to do so. So, this would give your lords an advantage over your adversaries.

That's true.. In old M&B however, I used to check once in a while if any lord, friend or foe, had leveled up and assigned their skills so they would get better.
