Resolved Promoted Companions Disappear

Summary: Companions that I have promoted are Disappearing like the wondering Companions in the world. It's not due to old age or anything and the companion that Disappears is random each time just happens whenever a Wonderer is supposed to be lost so that new ones can spawn but it kills your Vassal Companions instead
How to Reproduce: Wait a certain amount of time after promoting a companion and wait to see where it say "such and such" was lost.
