Aye, they are permanent. Or well, you are asked if you wanna save or not when quitting teh edit mode.

Hmm if you really fix 'em, release 'em too, I'm too lazy to do it myself.

I have started fixing all the bugs in every room and I redecorate and fix the lighting...

It's going to take some time. I hope the next update will not screw everything up!

Actually, it's a good bet that it will. Right now every room is set in thirsty_lion, I'm thinking that at the very least, eventually the smithies will get a different room from the merchants, and so on, if not entirely different scenes for each city.

yeah.. I know... But still after a few fights it's kind of relaxing to decorate. I made some really nice stores last night and corrected some floating objects in some stores and stuff. Half of the cities are empty but I am working on it. I could do this all day...

Its easy to change the shapes of the buildings using walls and battlements but I guess Armagan will create different base buildings for every shop...

Well, it doesn't matter. I am having a good time doing it!

Just an idea I had. I will take one of the empty stores to be my own.
Yes! I will go into edit mode and make a nice house for me. I will put a few chests in there to store stuff and... it will be sort of like morrowind!
Which is a good idea for the final game I might add.
Every town should have an extra empty room which you can buy to unlock and make it your own.

It's completely useless gameplay-wise but customizability is always a bonus and fun! I may keep the shop owner too and have him as a personal servant. Awesome...

Yeah, the download site has moved to it's own domain. Here is the new download link for this:
https://www.mbrepository.com/file.php?cid=10&id=32

Though I believe it has many problems in .711, so I wouldn't recommend overwriting your Native SCO files for .710 or .711. If you still have a copy of .704, go for it.

I know this project is pretty much dead, but I did up Ryvadian. My only problem is that I can't find the file for the the tavern there. What is the name of the Ryvadian Tavern file?

It was "the_greenmans_bag" in 0.711, so check that SCO file. If it's larger than the standard, undecorated taverns, then the Greenman's Bag is the one you edited. If it's the same size, then look for another tavern SCO that's bigger than the rest.

Preethically,
Winter

Oh. Someone's exhumed my old project.

Even though all the old files for Project detail props are probably of no use to us now with version 0.730 and all the new stuff that's coming through there. It's reasonable to think that all the taverns and merchant shops will be replaced by ones that look similar to those in Tihr and Sargoth.

Who knows? Maybe we could call back the detail props team for version 2.

what a brilliant idea ingolifs, and now you wont have to do smithies at all because there all propped up already in vanilla

Figured I'd give Reyvadin a shot. I started out with the Merchant, but only managed to turn the walls black. Is there any way to fix this? :???:

Idealy, I think would be cool to station people on certain sects of town. For instance, someone could work with merchants while another could do taverns.

Your merchant is black because you forgot to add in a torch. There are now two types of torch, one works by night but not by day, so be careful which one you select.

Are you sure? I didn't remove any of the torches from inside.

Not meaning to be rude, but two posts above you, I had already done Reyvadian...

Yeah, I saw that. Was actually going by the front page, which wasn't updated.

Aye, ol' warriors back for another battle war on frame rates, memory buffers and sprites!

I'm in for Project Detail Props 2 if one happens. Guess which town will I make?

Septa Scarabae: Check if there are torches, remove them and place them in the scene again. Same kind of 'blackening' happened to me in .711.

I suggest we wait a bit, for all the scenes to be updated from that generic hall thing. No use doing it if the scenes are goin to be outdated in a fortnight's time.

Aye, but I guess some can already be done. Well all can, it's quite fun to make 'em anyways. For example Tihr has a damn fancy castle thingy (much fancier than the one in Sargoth) but it's yet to be furnished.

I might do some work on Tulga anyways, then curse armagan for changing the scenes again and redo it.

You could add extra to the outside scenes. Like adding stairs so that the town's battlements are accessible, and generally kitting the place out a little more than before. Personally, I found Sargoth very underwhelming, considering it's (probably) the biggest city in the game.

I would like to pratice these things, so can someone send me PM or something about how I can make rooms like that and so long.. Please and thanks already.
