Programming game

Stumbled across this a couple of hours ago. Really cool idea. I've known these types of games exist, but I've never tried them out. Now I think I will.

Yep. Two that spring to mind which I've enjoyed are Colobot and Mind Rover.

Just played through quite a bit of the Colobot demo. Those ants are annoying, especially as the controls are naff and I haven't gotten the fighting bots working on their own yet.

DAMN! quoted the wrong post, but look at Robotbattles logo. It looks almost as the blood crimson from GoW!

Of course, that's not even considering the fact that RobotBattle was around several years before Gears of War was even a gleam in the eye of Epic.
