Productive enterprise massive losses

Hi all,

I purchased a dyeworks in Praven, which supposedly when I "Check the accounts" should make me over 3000 Denars a week, but the weekly report lists a loss of about 2500 Denars, and that is what I lose.

Is this a bug? Or is there some extra work I need to do?

With further research this appears to be a bug.

Started a new game, bought the dyeworks in praven, and it is making 3000 denars, don't what caused the problem.

It's a bug.

What happens is that the business stops selling its product to the market automatically. Instead, it stores the product in its inventory. You have to go to the business and tell it to "sell product automatically". It will change itself back on occasion and you will have to do this again.

ah, I had the same thing happen. I thought it was a new feature that made dyeworks not always the most profitable.

I haven't been able to reproduce the bug yet (my enterprises are always profitable according to the weekly report). Does that happen for all types or enterprises or only for a specific one (e.g dyeworks)? Do they immediately stop selling their products automatically or does that happen only after a given amount of time?

In my experience it's all enterprises and it seems completely random, sometimes it goes into minus right away and other times it takes a while.

There must be something broken with the script, looks like there will be some testing to make.

Yeah I got this on the first and only business I started (A Dyeworks in that Rhodok town bordering Swadia). I assumed you'd added some fancy dynamic thing and promptly said "**** this" and never built a single business more. Very glad to see it's a bug. I'm just not interested in that kind of micro-management, it's just not fun
