Resolved Production problem

After the last update, I got very strong friezes, at first the game works well for the first few minutes, but then the freezes start because of which it is not possible to play, at first I thought that the problem was in the graphics, I made it to the minimum, but the friezes remained (less than 2GB is used video cards, and I have 4), tried to restart the PC, it does not help.
It remains to reinstall Windows, but before doing I wanted to know if I alone have such a problem, or maybe someone else has? Or maybe someone knows how to fix this?
Computer Specs:
OS: windows 10
GPU: amd RX 580 4gb
CPU: ryzen 2700
RAM: 16 gb (3000)
Motherboard: Asus Prime X370-Pro
Storage Device (HDD/SSD): Hdd 1tb

i found the freeze problem.
The game consumes 11 GB of RAM, and this is all my free RAM, before the update the game required a maximum of 9 GB and there were no friezes

I think that the game should not eat up 15 GB of RAM and at the beginning 2 is used, then 4, and so on along the growing
