Problems with the Steamversion

I bought the Complete Pack and cant start the DLC, just vanilla. Have reinstalled it yet and got a key. Anyone knows a solution?

Doesn't the discount exclude the DLC? I think it's shown in the pack by mistake?

When I run M&B it keeps saying unavailable, I'm reinstalling tho, had this installation since a long time + windows fresh install and so on.

Because German steam server still down... that on this day

That might not be the problem but you cannot login to steam form germany because server down, so no way at the moment to download it in germany.
