Need More Info Problem with horse sound

So in this Khuzait area snow map, the horse steps sound weird when you ride over an area without snow or with light snow. Here is a link for a video: https://streamable.com/8wmjgy
There is some static sound in the video and that is to do with shadowplay.
The battle was against looters.
