Problem with body proportions?

Is it just me or are the body proportions off since one the last patches?

I mean this small and weird head. Looks like it doesn't belong to that large body.

Ears when wearing a cap that doesn't have side (didn't see this problem in berserkers though) have this problem I think lacking ears and some portion of the side of your head makes it look smaller ratios seem fine in character creation maybe they made heads smaller when wearing helmets so players don't seem like bunch of creatures with melons on top but put this feature to some caps accidentally, Actually it is present in helmets with sides too but they aren't that obvious. I heard many other players report this I think devs are working on this

Yes it is disproportionate, but who cares having normal human body models ? Is that really important for a video game ?

It's fairly important in a game with physically-based damage modeling. I don't think a slightly small head will be game-breaking, but it's a slight problem, especially at range.
