Problem when editing scenes

Hello - just like to ask if anyone knows why my M&B does this problem:

I have been doing scenemaking, editing scenes and whenever I say edit AI mesh or select items I have placed 'mount and blade has stopped working' pops up. This happens on both my pc and my laptop - and I have'nt editted any files. Any ideas? I am editing from native btw, and in windowed/edit mode

I get a similar problem now and again when I try to edit AI meshes, and on one scene in particular it simply shuts down as soon as I click the button.

I can't think of what would cause it to crash if you so much as click on an item, though.  The only thing I can think of is a mod causing it, but even that seems unlikely.  The only thing I could suggest is reinstalling the game completely (making sure to back up any scenes you've been able to edit first, and anything else you want to keep).  I also think it's best to start the game windowed from the startup screen if you want to do editing, rather than windowing it while you're in game, but I don;t think that'll solve your problem.

Someone else might know more, hopefully.
