Problem running the game.

Hi,

I am running a win64 machine, and when I try to run the game I get a Themida dialogue box. Sometimes it's just empty and sometimes I get the message cannot update oreans.sys drivers, chek your admin rights something like that. And the game stops loading after that.

Is there any way to run this game on my machine? Should I do anything?

My specs are, amd 64 3200+, 1gb ram, asus A8N mb, 1gb ram, radeon x800 256mb.

HEEEEEEELP I'd like to at least try the game.

Anyone any idea? I'd like to know? Will I be able to play this game? Is the problem comming from win64? Or do you think I can change something?

The game needs to update a file in the system32 directory when you first run the game. Unless you have admin privileges on your account it cannot do this.

Log in (or get the person who owns the account) as the administrator or owner and run the game. Once its been run once then it should work fine from any account.

The other possible cause might be antivirus software preventing the change. It might be worth shutting down the AV and trying to run the game (Disable your net connection first though!).

The problem is I'm the administrator, and have full access. I turned off my anti virus and have only one tread running when I start notepad... As I understand this the game should run but doesn't. Is there something in the win64 that could cause the problem, like the 32bit emulation?

There does seem to be a problem getting the game to run on win64 OS.

However, Themida and Orean.sys are part of the copy protection system on the unregistered version. It may be worthwhile getting in touch with the company who produce it (Oreans technology) and see if they can shed light on the issue. The only e-mail I can find is info[at]oreans.com
It sounds like this may be a problem with the copy protection system which would affect all win64 owners.
