Need More Info problem in captain "bug"

i think it's a bug, i'm not sure
but the troops now, after a couple of times giving them commands
they get stuck to have a large space between them

they go from this:
::::::::::::::::::
to this:
: : : : : : : : :

no matter what i do, i tried changing formation to lines, canceling the scatter, tried shield walls
tried drawing them and squeezing them
but nothin'
they just keep that huge spacing between them

EDIT:
yeah, i can confirm it's a bug after 3 times now with different infantry classes
at the beginning of the round the are ok, after engaging the enemy they break.
(they could get back to normal after breaking sometimes)
please fix, it's crucial to the gameplay specialty against cav

good morning MArdA ,
here is the video link that explains the bug,,


i think it's related to "riding a horse" as the video explains,
-riding a horse breaks the infantry "tight formations"
-i think the bug has a larger margin than just riding a horse, because i think i had it before without riding a horse
( i will share a video if this happens in the future)
-this bug started after e1.4.1 patch

additional info: i never use beta or mods, i'm playing vanilla e1.4.1
