Problem exporting smd using BRFEdit

I am sorry if this has been already answered but I spent my last hour searching for any thread and could not find any answers.

So here is my problem:
When I export an animated item from brfedit (an armour), so I get a .smd file and import this file in brfedit, the animation is all screwed up.
The vertex seem to be rigged to the wrong bones or something like that.

(When I import into brfedit, I get the possibility to swap YZ axis, which I don't do because the object is not in the good direction and the texture appears inside the object)

I also get this problem when I import .smd files I get from the smd exporter from gmax.

I hope I was clear enough as English is not my native language
