Why doesn't number of prisoners affect the recruitment frequency? What I mean is if I have 40 looters and 4 hillman, why does it seem that I can't recruit tthe looters 10x faster than the hillman? This means if you want to replenish your army you are better off having a variety of prisoners rather than focusing on a few and having larger numbers of them
