Resolved Prisoner Recruitment bug

Hello there,

I've played this game for quite a bit and i am having quite a blast with it.
I've recently noticed something that might be intentional or simply a bug i am not entirely sure.
I got my own castle started, beating lords and capturing the units i am interested in, now, there seems to be a problem on the tier 5 and 6 troops from the imperial units (not sure about other factions at it takes quite a while to test it ), it seems to be impossible to get them to join you.
I think they needed like 60 and 66 conformity to be available for recruitment and that should translate to 3-4 days at most.
I tried waiting in my castle for 6 days and i got no option on any of them to recruit. I got however on every other unit that was T4 and below.
