Prison quest bug

I got a quest about rescuing a lord from one of the castles.

I got there, I pressed the "Hand me the cell keys" and he called for help.

Killed him and any nearby enemies.

Entered the Dungeon.

And there the lord was, in a cell. I just stood there, couldn't talk with him.

Now the bug is; you can't talk with people inside cells with closed doors, quite annoying if you ask me.

Couldn't open the gate or press TAB, so I had to restart the game just to get out...

It's actually not the quest, It's the castles the lords are captured in.
If they are inside their cells, you can't talk with them if the door to the cell is closed.
It's only for a few special castles, in my case, it's one of the Sarranid castles
