Resolved Pressing Shift+Tab (bringing up Steam Overlay) after getting knocked out in a practice fight will result in repeated prompts to leave + related issue

Version: e1.4.1, but it happens in other, older versions too.

The first issue: Pressing Shift-Tab (Steam Overlay) after getting knocked out in a practice fight in one of the arenas will sometimes (either at first or second time) result in a repeated prompt to leave, which won't go away after you press cancel and will keep popping up. This issue continues after collecting the money you got, into the next fight.

The related issue: Pressing leave and trying to join the practice fight again after encountering this bug, will result in an infinite loading screen.

Location: So far, it happened to me in the arenas of Epicrotea and Omor, but I assume this issue happens every arena's practice fights.

PC Specs (possibly not performance related, but just in case):

CPU: Intel i5 2500

GPU: Radeon R7 250 2GB

RAM: 8GB

I managed to find a (maybe temporary fix for this): Simply press shift-tab again and it should go away.
