Pre-battle Tactics

This was a mod that I enjoyed in Warband that I would like to see in Bannerlord.

Basically before the battle loads in you're presented with a tactics screen where you can choose the starting tactics.

For example, you could have cavalry from a wedge and follow me. Your infantry to form a shield wall and advance 20 paces and your archers to form a loose formation and advance 10 paces.

Problem being that grinding it takes far too long for something that should really be a basic feature.If it were something you could unlock in a few hours with non-concentrated efforts, that'd be fine, but I'm probably 15+ hours into my current campaign with 5 cunning and 4 focus points in Tactics, and still am not even close to getting it. I'm at the point where larger battles are definitely a thing, but it's very difficult to manage them without the perspective and planning that their scope requires.

Really, in addition to reworking how the experience system works as a whole (because it's absolute garbage), this should be the very first perk for Tactics.

Weird thing is that I don't see the option to do so even when I have that perk.... Anyone having the same problem with me?

There's a few perks that don't seem to be working. The extra throwing (and presumably bow/xbow) ammunition perks in Riding and Athletics as well as the increased party size (Squires, I think?) in Riding.
