That's where I got a whole bunch of my backgrounds, so yes.

If that was the only background I was using, I'd agree with you. However, there are hell knows how many pictures that my computer is set to use as desktop backgrounds, and it changes the background every 5 minutes. With the backgrounds set up like that, I can't lay the Rainmeter gadgets out in a way that would work especially well with one background, because in 5 minutes those changes would be pointless as a new background would be in use.
