Not adding full regiments to it(not even if you need reserves) because we first need the other regiments full in my opinion.

Nah only the regiments that are recruiting so people can immediatly see which ones they can still join.

Drako there is a sub-forum here in the mount&musket forum called "regiments" -> look at the top.

You can find all type of regiments there which are looking for recruits. If i remember correctly there are also a few cavalry regiments which are recruiting.
