Nor do I. I put ketchup on proper chips made with fresh potatoes, and the sharp vinegar perfectly offsets the almost sweet potato and the salt.FrisianDude 说:

Looks good. (Minor fun fact; "Fries" is Dutch for Frisian, but this does not mean I rub myself with ketchup or mayonnaise or any other condiment.)

Mayo has no business being on hot dogs or hamburgers(no pineapple on burgers either). I LOVE fish and chips, used to order it at this one restaurant I used to go to fairly often, and ALWAYS put oil, vinegar, pepper, and salt on my chips(fries). Damn good stuff, that.
