Same here. Grew up with me and my father fighting for the diced raw garlic, chopped bird's eye chilli and soy sauce dip/garnish mix at every dinner for all my life.

Onion isn't exactly the first thing that comes to mind when making a sandwich. Anyways, awesome, cheap and quick sandwich: Raw onion slices, tomato slices and raw buffalo mozzarella. Salt and pepper as you prefer.
