Possible to edit max battle size?

Hey,

Does anyone know if it is possible to increase the max battle size beyond 1000?

I really want to try a Lord of the Rings esque battle with 5000 charging horses against even more foot soldiers. I'm sure my computer won't handle it very well, but I still want to try

I don't think there is a way to do it in the base game, but you might be able to find the game config files and change something in there for it if you feel savvy enough for that. Otherwise another option would be to check Nexus Mods. I don't remember off the top of my head, but I think they might have had a mod out for this already!
