Hi guys,
I had the issue with my game not launching at all that some of us experience.
I removed all mods and checked integrity of my game files, launched through bannerlod.exe and noticed the game was using intel HD graphics instead of my GPU, I changed that in the settings, reinstalled my mods manually (vade retro vortex) and now my game works with my mods, even on 1.3.0!
