Sergeant at Arms
Hello there,
I'm quite new in Warband MP (although i play SP since Mount and Blade) and I really love roleplaying, so it's natural that i think about playing persistent world... but I have a few questions and i wasn't able to find answers, so i decided to ask them here.

First of all, i consider myself experienced roleplayer, but I actually never played RP in english, is this a big problem around here? I saw some english speaking roleplayers in another game and i have to say, I had troubles understanding them...

Second, which server would you recomand me to play on? I want to play with good roleplayers, because I'm already sick of the bad ones from the times I played and GameMastered on World of Warcraft servers and i really want a good roleplay, but i have no idea how good or bad in terms of RP are PW servers.

And my third question, how big problem for me is the fact that I am actually not very good in fighting?

1) It really depends on the server. I've noticed a vast diversity of different languages being spoken in the community (and through active RP). Of course an understanding of the english language does help as it is the most commonly spoken.

2) All servers have their fair share of randomers (randomers being those whom would rather just run around killing everyone in sight than RP) and idiots. So I'd say just join whichever is the most populated at the time and see how it goes.

3) Doesn't really matter when it comes to RP, of course, practice makes perfect when it comes to combat.

Your English is good enough to replay, the people you heard must have been talking fancyass English.

You should try out Union and.Revolution, look at the ruleset and decide which one is better.

If you play on Union you won't hae to worry about fighting at all,can be a little harder at Revolution. But you can still talk or pay your way out of most conflicts. And then again, most people playing PW suck at melee.

Well, thay were using that "fancyass" (I love that word xD) english, it was in Lord of the Rings online.

Thx for answers

Facnyass english is something you will encounter alot if you enjoy listening in on two role players xD  However, it is not required all of the time.

Well, it showed up that my PC is not strong enough to handle PW smoothly so this topic is obsolete now. Thanks for your help anyway.
