Possible Copyright violation ? (Someone using taleworlds game)

I'm not too sure how Copyrights laws work in Turkey (or at all pretty much), but today I saw one of those cell phone medieval games use Footage from Bannerlord for their Ad and not mention that it belonged to Taleworlds at all. I don't know if permission was given or how it works exactly, but just in case Taleworlds is unaware of it, the game: War and Order use their footage for their annoying Youtube ads

Not sure how else to get hold of the devs, but I'm guessing they read their forums and might be made aware of this

Happens on instagram also, they are showing images and footage of bannerlord saying 'download this app now'

There are hundreds of these things for any successful games, all the little scummy mobile apps get away with it somehow, but I do hope that no one actually falls for it.

If they do download it, they will soon realize what the app really is and probably delete it.
