[Possible bug?] Can't capture lords

So I'm not sure if I'm just really unlucky, or if it's somehow impossible to capture lords in .720. I'm playing as a Sarranid guy, and I have a mission to capture a Khergit lord. I've defeated Khergit lords in battle at least a dozen, maybe two dozen, times since receiving the mission, and yet every single time the lord has managed to escape. I have open prisoner slots, so I know that's not a problem. Is this issue just me, or is it known or what?

i don't think so because i was able to complete a capture the lord mission. playing as swadian.

Try fighting a lord that has severely less troops then you, I find that i capture lords more often if i outnumber their troop count.

It's possible, just left to chance. You don't even need Prisoner Management to have a lord as a prisoner (as taking them prisoner is handled through a dialogue rather than the party screen). That's how it was in the original M&B, anyway. I imagine it's the same in Warband.

Still haven't captured a lord. I've dogpiled parties of 20 and less with my army of 130+, and nothing. Even with 10 prisoner management.

I have been given the option to capture Lords in .720.  I've always let them go (it suits my strategy) but the
opportunity was there...

Please continue trying then. You should be able to capture a lord at least. Then inform us about result.

It's not very funny to have a chance of 20% to capture an lord, seriously, how can they escape ? They are down, your troops are nearby and + he is heavy wounded, it is unrealistic and makes you to stop playing in the most of times.

It is worth mentioning you can capture lords even if your prisoners are at capacity. But there's a higher chance they will escape, I think.
