PoP Food gives no morale bonus and -30 no food

So I'm playing PoP and for some reasons food stopped giving me s morale bonus. I'm aware of the SDP Pheonis thats going around but I can;t find any of the numbers he's talking about in the file. Does anyone know some way in the files to fix this for PoP specifically? Here's the scripts for get_player_party_morale_values -1
