You're right, just when I loaded it up Kerrigan unleashed her swarm in heart of the swarm trailer, that is exactly what the Dawn are like. They have no mind of their own and their only purpose is to wipe out all life in the universe that does not think the way they do. +1 for effort.

3.6 managed to make the best part of PoP (the snake cult! I mean, the Orders) even cooler. For the sake of maintaining sanity we aren't creating more Orders in the RP. The Orders do have their own strongholds though! Pro tip: Don't try to assault the Dawn's mountain fortress.
But the Shadow Legion ideology was updated to be a little clearer. It still focused on the 'Old Traditions of the Baccus Empire' but we've expanded on what those are for the sake of the RP. Superstitious, militant, disciplined, and a meritocracy... that can't lead to trouble for the rest of Pendor, can it?

What relationship between Orders is the worst, lore wise?
There're too much Dawn-Eventide tension in the air, so probably that is the worst? Or perhaps Silvermist-Ebony?
On the topic, I haven't seen any Silvermist ranger in the RP, even though you can taste what others can't. And it's not wine.
