I have been wondering what the lowest "level" of prosperity is for a town from own experience:

But has anyone seen a even poorer town?

Also what does Malnourished mean?
and dont ask me to google it because i will just get a even more complicated English explanation, and my English only gets me so far

edit: for all clarity the question is: Have you seen a town poorer then this? and if so what did the description say?

Wow, I've never seen a description like that. That is one poor town you've got there.

Long story short, a town like that = you're ****ed. I'm pretty sure that's the lowest level of poor.

Haha, Arrow, threat your cities well!

Well, I've never seen a city like that before, I think looters have been on raidin' on some traders comin' to ye' town ore somethin' in that style, good luck to get it up on the right foot again.

lol in my current game every town in calradia says that. The only one who doesn't is my own stronghold, Wercheg. It is currently the richest town in Calradia. But what is it's description you ask? it says, "the town of Wercheg is struggling"

Heard of 'underfed'?
Think the pics of African kids those bloody charity organisations keep throwing at ya.

Malnourished means they haven't had enough food to eat for an extended period of time and it is taking effect on their bodies.

Hot diggity ding-dong damn.  Never have I seen a town in such abject poverty. You're roleplaying an evil emperor, right?

And yeah, as others have said: Malnourished = Ondervoed.

Woah.  I only think I've seen this once before, when I completed the only siege I've just starved them out.

And their Lords didn't even bother come to stop you?

But anyways, if your city is like that, are you going to even bother to pull it back from the brink?

Just to say - malnourished is not underfed

In fact it's a bad word to describe the populace!

If you are malnourished you are eating the wrong kinds of food or too much of something or not getting enough nourishment.

Underfed means you are not eating enough generally.

But would you not say that the people in the concentration camps were malnourished?
Not getting enough nourishment is a consequence of not eating enough, right? One thing leads to the other.
