Well we could have skyscrapers that would allow snipers to camp and well, snipe. Could we get some tunnels too. Too plant some mi... You're talking about Warband aren't you? But actually, tunnels might be a cool addition. I've only seen them on one map: Village ATS, when Central had the ATS maps for a bit. They were a lot of fun though, the tunnels. It added a new strategy.
