Engineering: I don't see the point, given the state of the sieges and the fact I can siege most empty cities and castles with impunity already.

it's sad that you can't really lose sieges, except the few towns with lots of militia. average number of militias should be increased, i guess.

We can hire docs, scouts, engeniers and smiths, so it's useless to waste resources in that stuff.You can hire traders but they work outside your partie
