Just on a quick priority list thought:
st Priority - Game-Breaking Bugs&Crashes SP/MP
nd - Ranked or just sort out the match ups by Win rate which is a way quicker solution.
rd - Fix/Work on the basic mechanics, combat & class balance of the game [BASICS]
th - Keep 'updating' content specially for SP, and MP Gamemodes(Duel, single-life mode etc). Note on this: Dedicated Servers should be a thing soon, not by end of Early Access.
th - In-depth balance & combat tweaks.
th - Polish everything not finished or not working fully[Maps, quests etc] - Both for SP and MP.
th - Bugs&Crashes that aren't that game-breaking but that need attention.
th - Others.
[I don't see a single reason given the company size, to not have priorities 1 to 3 already massively being worked on at once. You could easily designate a few Combat focused employees or even a single Community Manager/Support to Gather the most impartial and rellevant feedback, get in touch with those players and gather some must-have changes to handle to developers within a few days to start getting worked on. While some other guy or two works on a system where we look for game based on Win rate. The rest of the team(which should be massive numbers) could still work on fixing game-breaking glitches] - You would advance massively and satisfy most areas rapidly if summed up to quick action with this, you summed transparency and quick communication.
