I know there were probably 1000 pols like that
so its more of a personal interest
I just tried some popular mods but it seems that they don't add much except
difficulty and complexity, so i wounder if i should stick to Native or just focus on Mods?

and if you tend to go with mods, i would like some recommendations

I suggest:
- Age of Blackpowder
- The Eagle and the Radian Cross
- Russian Civil War
- Europe 1200 mod

most of the mods have features or items that just dont fit my taste. generally i found enjoyable only two mods: hegemony 268 bc and tld, but both are not ported to 1.011 yet, thats why i play native

Native has lost all it's appeal to me, pretty much. Mostly because I know all the troops, I know how the claimants work, I know what weapons/armor are in the game, and therefore I get bored with Native very easily.

Well i downloaded Custom Settlements 0.67
and extracted it to the "Modules" folder
but when im trying to launch it, i get an error
looks like it doesn't work with the latest version (.11)

Maybe you should try downloading it from another site.

Native got boring after I got good at it, increasing the difficulty level helps a little but it doesn't add any new troops, items or features so I play Lords & Realms most of the time.  I also play Sword of Damocles and Native Expansion but not as much.

Well i managed to play this mod
but its quiet... confusing.
I have 1 settlement that i own, i managed to lure about 60 peasants into it
i got about 18 soldiers, some of which are level 3 already
i managed to order all my peasants to work (for wood, rock, and food)
and now im kinda stuck, i dont know what i have to do to gain taxes
and im lost overall...

You've found one of the most intriguing of all mods, but also one of the hardest ones to get familiar with.
I suggest you simply browse the sub-forum for Custom Settlements. You'll find answers to most of your questions.
Especially the FAQ is helpful:

But I see you've already made yourself at home. Enjoy the mod

the faq is stupid!
for example: "How do I make a Steward?"
"Once your settlement has a Castle (military level 2), talk to one of your companions inside your castle building."

which is a really weird answer considering the fact i dont know what "military level 2" means
or how to gain this military level 2, or where do i see my military level at all...
and considering the fact i dont have a castle (because i dont know what do i need to make one)
i cant take my "companions" to it...

I'm not too good at this mod either, but I believe once you have enough money,
there's an option to raise the level of the settlement to either a town or a castle/fortification (or something).

What bothers me the most is that progression is relatively slow, and making money can be hard.

WWII in China's quite good, but the massed grenadiers and mortar teams are annoying. There are also restrictions concerning you joining particular factions.
