Polished buildings mod [RELEASED] [Siege bug FIX + new pics pg1]

Hmm native buildings are replaced by new ones - not all but most of them.
Additionally in houses1 brf there are swadian buildings.
But I use native ones as "temp" - working buildings  -now Im replacing them with vaegir ones.
So you should use those with "swadia"prefix - they are in editor:smile:
 
Turns out I was looking at the few that weren't replaced. Not so bad as long as the textures go together. So, castles and walls?  :smile:
 
No, I was suggesting that you should do the walls at some stage :razz:. It's nice not to have to use such generic textures now and it saves me from having to change the materials. The wall meshes will have to be less interesting though since they have to tile.



I did some quick stucco and stone textures. Both obviously used your textures for the shading, but I had to use a different stone. Yes/No?

Yeah, I need to finish buildings first - and then i will probably redo castle walls.
But i need to think how to do this, as walls have bigger surfaces to texture.
 

Hehehe.. That's happened to me too.. Haven't got around trying to fix it, but I have questionmarks swarming all over the place.. It only happens in some towns thgouh, can't remember which faction..  :???:

I think we put the right files into wrong places and wrong files into the right places..  :cool:
 
Hmm I've tried to install this on several M&Blades, and it was ok.
Try to move files from zip by hand.
For me it seems that scene_props.txt in \Modules\Native is wrong - try to copy this by hand.
Sorry for lack of installer, but I'm lazy:grin:
Also it's not so hard to make this by hand, i think.
So can you check if this helped and - if not - which version of game you have?

Works well with HYW, I didn't replace the scene files though.

What do they exactly change? NPC locations or building setup?

I find that I infact like my enbseries more. I have the one from the HDR mod.

The one with bloom enabled. It makes it all very dark at night and lovely shading on the buildings.
