SP - General Policies, kingdom management, more diverse building system

I'd love to see more diversity on policies system concerning:

1. Specific faction-culture, traits, skills based policies could be a way to make game a bit more challenging and replayable
2. Transformation in-line with age of the campaign e.g. concerning feudal system of society >> policies evolution through ages
3. Organized in a hierarchical structure: "A" and "B" needed to implement "C" and so on
4. Five main directions: warfare, government, economy, society, diplomacy
5. Royal court: characters which lead certain direction and nominated by king / ruler
6. Specific buildings / shops in settlements to have policy implemented by kingdom pre-requirements

I'd add also that current policy system does not impact significantly the kingdom playstyle. The major impact concerns only "influence received" parameter, and you end having a lot of influence w/o a way to spend it (except improving relations with other clans).

As a result all needed policies are implemented within 1-2 hours after starting a kingdom or introducing yourself as a vassal >> dead end for kingdom management.
