polearm walking is goofy... would like to change it

How can I change the speed walking back to running? It looks goofy and unnatural. I still want to keep all the other animations.

You can open Mod action.txt…find  line
run_forward_onehanded 256  1
  0.800000 run_man_forward_onehanded 0 24 805306624 58726 0.000000 0.000000 0.000000  0.400000
…delete next line(….walk_forvard_staff)  and and put in this place(Native animation line)
run_forward_staff 256  1
  0.800000 run_forward_staff 0 24 805306624 58726 0.000000 0.000000 0.000000  0.400000
