SP - General Polearm location when stored on back

Because the camera is located over the right shoulder, when the polearm is stored over the right shoulder, the 3rd person view is obstructed by the polearm. This issue is especially prevalent when using ranged weapons.

This could be resolved if polearms were stored over the left shoulder.
