Resolved Polearm level 25 perk skill description error for captain?

Summary: The level 25 polearm perk gives cavalry troops the captain bonus for both options.
How to Reproduce: Open skills, read first polearm perk description for 'Pikeman'

No idea if this is just a text error or applies to troops in battle as well.
