Pls make my clan parties stop donating troops to my garrisons

I cant even let my guys roam free anymore without them donating random garbage to my garrisons and driving up my fragile wage. Pls make them stop it is really annoying

What makes it worse is that it's very difficult to keep a consistent positive income. What would help is if workshops can actually level up and increase their income as they level up, I think that would alleviate some of the income issues. But yes, I agree, there should be some of preventing your guys from donating garbage to your settlements.
 
It is confirmed being addressed in next patch (should be next week, or maybe this week).
We will have the option to limit the wage and AI will consider this limit before donating any troop.

jokes aside, we should be able to tell them to "move there", "join an army", "patrol around", "recruit these", "don't recruit these" etc. A budget thing is not enough

Seriously. Not being able to control clan member parties is seriously frustrating. I know there are mods but this is functionality that should be in the base game.

So far here what have been planned by the devs
1) Changing your clan parties behavior priority (defensive / default / agressive) when you set them defensive they will not do any raid, siege. Setting them agressive will increase probability of selecting hostile actions for them.
2) Limiting wages of your clan parties (including garrisons) so they will stop getting more men or upgrading troops when limit is reached. If limit is past somehow they will disband slowly till limit is reached.
3) Auto recruitment, so your town and castle garrison will recruit 1 troop per day from around villages or town's notables.
4) When you are king you can set your kingdom's clan parties prioritized behavior (again defensive / default / agreesive) when you set them defensive this will not stop your clan parties to do hostile actions but probability will be reduced.

1) The ability to tell clan members to not join ally armies
2) The ability to tell clan members to repeat previous roles after being captured, i.e. if one was leading a trading caravan to auto-start a new caravan...or if one was leading a war party to start gathering recruits again. Having to go halfway across the map after to manually do this after a clan member is captured is boring as hell and not good gameplay.

You get influence for that. If you don't like it, why do you join a faction then?

When one of my parties gets destroyed I just make another one while the original party leader heals, so the max party limit is already met (you can create parties without being with you).
I would like to create caravans from distance too, but not automatically because people will complain (think that most players don't know how to sustain themselves economically without the javelin exploit)
