When I kill a enemy, I don't see any experience I get, it's not cool at all! Please show the experience I get like warband!

You don't get experience based on kills, you get experience in the different skills just by using them. For example you'll get Two Handed Weapons experience when you hit an enemy with a Two Handed Weapon.

Your character levels up after you level up your skills X amount of times.
