I think it would be good to put up a threads specifying what your looking at and allowing up to give suggestions for a few days.

This does not stop us from doing general suggestions, but could get the community behind some decisions when it matters.

A thread saying for example:
We are looking into Looters and Bandits and their camps, what suggestions do you have for us regarding these specifically?

We are looking into ways of improving the smithy system, what suggestions do you have for us regarding this?
<=Don't hesitate to keep posting your other ideas as we still read them all..!!=>

Or maybe better written as:
What suggestions do you have for us regarding the following:
Looters and Bandits
Bandit Camps
Smithy system
<=Don't hesitate to keep posting your other ideas as we still read them all..!!=>

This is how all gaming companies should work, especially during times like now where it is early access. We are here to help the game so that upon full release it is ready and not wanting.

I support this idea. Would be nice to know which features & balance issues are going to be addressed soon and which will be in a "placeholder state" for now.

What if this forum is just designed for all of us to shout towards the sky, fists clenched and shaking furiously. Red faced and bleary eyed we call out to our masters, the eternal ones, Taleworlds. "WHY! WHY HAVE YOU DONE THIS TO ME. HOW COULD YOU DO THIS TO US. WE THOUGHT YOU LOVED US. WE THOUGHT WE LOVED YOOOU!! All this in an effort to receive some kind of consolation, to be told that it's all right, to be held again in our mother's arms, only to be greeted with a morose ear heaving silence that affirms what we've always feared most... That they don't actually pay too much attention to us lol. They're gonna do what they want with this game and we just paid $40 to play test it for them!

Do you also want a personal PM from the devs telling you "Yes, sweetheart, we've read your suggestion!"?
They are reading everything, be sure of that, and they are working on everything - some things have higher priorities, like crashes.
Balance and finer workings (like adding content, etc) will take much more time because that's the way of game dev.

And how do you know this ?

Maybe we just need trust in the devs. at least they have said in the steam forum that we should comment here so they have on single forum with fans for quality stuff and for the big **** like crashes or bugs or something they have reddit too.

and suggestions are easy to read hard to implement so just have trust

And how do you know this ?
I would assume they are because I did tech support and it was required reading to go through all bug reports. but it was never mentioned which bugs we were working on.

Exactly.

If you had an ink of knowledge about game development, tech support or even community management, you'd know they are reading. Just saddle up and wait, or just refund, I guess.
It's Early Access, not a full release. If you aren't patient and can't afford to play with bugs or whatever, just wait for the full game to arrive.

The way you're talking, I think that you're the one who does not know a lot of things about game development. Do you even know what the technical debt is in the video game industry?

Wow, a big word! I'm so dum-dum I do not know what it means, of course! How in the world could I ever even approach the soles of your feet, Your Most Majestic Intellectual Highness?

edit:
In all seriousness, they know about that, and they are devoured to releasing daily patches so that we can play while they develop something long term. You can't know what's happening in the offices - they already said they are drafting the solutions to the problems we have, these patches are just so we can play. Because, you know, the ****storm that has been going on lately. Imagine if they didn't patch. The world would end, surely.

This is not a good idea. I don't think people realise how much extra work that would be for the entire team because they are all working on different aspects of the game.
I'd prefer they work on the actual game. =P
