Please Help

Okay, i know that this is not the WFAS forums but 1 i cant find them and 2 i think its pretty much the same thing.
So, my friend has been working on setting up a dedicated server on WFAS for 3 hours now. He can't get it to get online.
We've tried using Hamachi, but it always says "Incorrect Authorization Key."
Hes forwarded ports and even turned off the whole firewall on his router.
We don't know what else to try.
Any suggestions?

Buy the game.

Bought the game and we all have different keys.
Using hamachi is the only way we can see the game but we cant join.
Otherwise his server wont show up.
