In Progress PLEASE HELP! cant enter campaign

I'm playing bannerlord on steam and i can play a 500npc custom battle on high graphics no issue. banner lord has allocated 4 out of my 8gig ram. but when i click campaign, the loading screen lags (the horse rider in the bottom corner lags) then the game crashes to desktop. every single time! I've tried everything i can think of and every solution i can find online but no success please if someone can help i would be very grateful.

I followed a guide to reinstall the c++ redistributables and that allowed me to gain access to character creation but the game crashed at the loading screen following the character creation every time. The latest update made it worse with the game crashing at character creation following the choosing of culture.

Hello, can you please make sure that all of your drivers and software required for this game are up to date? If you are playing through Steam verifying the integrity of the game files might help.
If you can share your PC specs i am sure it will speed up the fixing process. You can follow this link for the required software dependencies.

drivers and windows are all up to date and files verified multiple times. specs below.
processor- intel pentium CPU G4560 3.50GHz
RAM 8GB
64 bit ops x64 based processor

Hello do you still experience the issue in the recent patch? If so, have you tried verifying the game files?
