Summary: Several weird and unexpected things happen when making and unmaking groups of scene entities in complex scenes. 1.) if you make one group and then make another group, sometimes the first group will then become a subgroup of the second group; 2.) ungrouping sometimes causes a crash; 3.) ungrouping sometimes causes the entities of that group to become unlisted in the Scene tab, only option is to reload the scene; 4.) sometimes entities cannot be grouped because 'All entities parent must be the same for grouping' even when by looking at the Scene tab, they clearly do share a parent entity.
How to Reproduce
: These are different but related bugs that I think can be reproduced just by trying to group and ungroup entities with various levels of complexity. Also this does not seem to happen in scenes with few entities, just with more complex scenes. I am using mods, but this problem happens in vanilla as well.
