Please Fix Access Baggage Chests.

Hello Everyone,

First off this mod is one of the best out there.  Grats Good Work.  I would just like to have more slots then just my household possessions.  Anyone know of what files need to be edited in order to add chests to each town?  I would be more then willing to help out and add them in myself.  A while back you stated you would add these in eventually but if you need help let me know.  I can not seem to find all the files to do it, but I havent put much time into it either.

yeah, i'm a collector and i need my chests, too. seriously, there's no other profit in owning a castle or a city.
