Prisoner nobles escape too easily! It doesn't even take them 2 days to figure out how to escape from my castles, city dungeons. I stash them and a day later they're poof, disappeared. This needs to be addressed, give dungeons some use.

I agree that prisoners escape WAY too much fast and it seems that there's no difference between dragging them through the whole map with your party (which in theory should be a bit easier to escape) and throwing them into a dungeon (which is secured by dungeon guards+castle garrison/militia). They escape so easily it feels like I haven't thrown him into a well-guarded cell, but rather left them in front of my castle gates saying "Please be a good boy/girl and don't go anywhere".

Yes it is pretty much useless for now.
You capture a lord : you cannot ransom him/her, you cannot talk to them/ask for peace or wahtever.

The dominant strategy right now is to execute every lord you capture. Welcome to Bannerlord, chop your head off edition!

You can ransom them in taverns like everyone else though?

sure but what is the downside to that, aside from roleplaying ? I'm genuinely asking.
No possibility to gain any quests (though there are like 3 of them for now, but still), also no possibility to hide into some castle if you are being chased by a large enemy party.

A-freeking-men.

The dungeon is apparently not working, wish they could done their jobs so i don't have to execute like a hundred people in a campaign

hope prisonner system will be enhanced.

Be able to bargain the ransom, theaten to execute to make him accept things, etc

I faced the same issue but unfortunately there is not much you can with prisoner lords right now beside receiving ransom money at the tavern.

What I found seems to help with the early prisoner escape is a lowering the amount of prisoners you have with you.

Whenever I transport a high lord, I make sure to stay below 50% the max amount of prisoners I can transport. Furthermore, I talk to them once in a while ("Don't try to run away...") in case the nearest tavern is not around the corner.

Execution of lords is nothing I would suggest at this point of development as it kills the immersion in late game entirely. I tried this as I faced the by this time known snowballing issues about mid-game and it only resulted in even more enemy clans + due to the relationship between enemy lords and some of my friendly lords almost everybody hates me now.

However, the relationship to single lords (friendly/enemy) seems to be more or less irrelevant currently at it has at least helped with the snowballing effects in a short-term view.

I think lords are automatically ransomed as well. Sometimes I'm running around and I'll hear the sound of coins and see that I just got ~3k denars and there's a log message that says Barter Offer Accepted

Side note: Why aren't my own prisoners "allowed to talk to me"?

You couldn't talk to them in warband either. It always vexed me that I could have the king of a faction locked up in my prison tower but I could not speak to him about ending the war. I could have recruitable lords locked up, but we couldn't have a private meeting about them switching sides.

I believe you are correct. I just wish I had some kind of say in the whole thing.
