I've had 3 different quests bug out and become unfinishable resulting in my character not being able to take up on any other quests of the same type as the game only allows 1 quest of each type per character.
Can we maybe get a special button in the quest journal to cancel quests? Or at least a dialogue option with the original quest giver?
