playing with the Perisno mod

I have installed M&B Warbrand, Downloaded Perisno mod and unpacked it into the Warbrand modules folder with winzip. When I start Warbrand I am given the choice between modules: World Map HD (texture pack, World of ice & fire, The Golden Age, and The Last Days of the Third Age, but no Perisno. There is also no BannerPage 2.01and 2.2 which I also downloaded and mover to the mods folder. What do I have to do to get the Perisno mod working?

Does the mod's folder contain a file called module.ini ? It won't appear in the list if this file is missing
